We take pride in every item on our menu, from our secret-recipe Bar-B-Q sauces and freshly prepared side dishes right down to our famous, moist and tender, slow-smoked Bar-B-Q dinners. We're famous for our Signature Bar-B-Q Ribs, Smokin' Spare Ribs and tender slow smoked pork, beef, chicken and fish.
